Reverend Edward Meyrick Goulburn, Dean of Norwich, 1880. In 1849 he was elected head master of Rugby School until 1857 when he resigned. In 1866 he was appointed dean of Norwich, and held the post for twenty three years. He wrote and had published many sermons, lectures, commentaries, and theological manuals.
