A view of Truro Cathedral down St Marys Street from the east. A steeplejack possibly putting a weather vane on top of the central spire. The central tower was begun in Autumn 1901 and was finished in July 1903. The top stone of the tower was placed on the 2nd of July 1903 by S.M. Dennis, son of J. Hawke Dennis, who donated over £ 15000 to finish the tower. Photographer: Arthur William Jordan
