Owain Glyndar, also known as Owain Glyn Dar, was a prominent Welsh ruler and the last native Welshman to hold the prestigious title of Prince of Wales. He courageously led a fierce and protracted rebellion against English rule over Wales but unfortunately did not succeed in his mission.
